I have been following the repair & relieve menu using daily hyperbaric oxygen therapy, low-level light therapy, farinfared sauna therapy, and targeted nutrition since discovering I have a problem with my gall bladder and pancreas. Any time I have had an attack I put the lights on and within 20 minutes the pain has gone away and my once high liver enzymes and low kidney function have returned to normal range as of this time. I am continuing all therapies while being medically supervised and the plan is to complete 40 hours. So far I have completed 11 hours and I have had no further attacks since starting this daily treatment and I noticed I am feeling better each day and so relieved to not be having pain and nausea.
